Update: Both are now confirmed with footage of each having been shown on live streams.
Some lucky gamers in Japan have already managed to get their hands on Super Smash Bros. 3DS ahead of the title’s release on Friday. Naturally, this has led to supposed leaks. Head past the break for rumors regarding two unconfirmed returning characters.

Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden takes up nearly 16GB of space, according to an official Nintendo page. Save data takes up another 32MB.
The same page also confirms that Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden only supports the GamePad. No other controllers work in the game.
Taiko no Tatsujin Tokumori teaser site open

Bandai Namco has gone live with the official teaser site for Taiko no Tatsujin Tokumori. Access it here.
Teaser sites are generally devoid of information, and that’s the case here as well. However, it’s now confirmed that Taiko no Tatsujin Tokumori will be playable at TGS 2014 next week.
Activision officially announces The Voice video game

Activision has come forward with an announcement for The Voice: I Want You, which was first unveiled through an Amazon listing. The game will be released on Wii U and Wii on October 21.
Here’s the official blurb:

Coming later this year to consoles, The Voice brings all the excitement of the hit TV show to your living room!

Confirmed games for Friday’s Nintendo Treehouse stream

Nintendo is continuing to share information about its upcoming Treehouse stream that will be hosted on Friday.
We know of at least six games that will be featured at the event. Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Ultimate NES Remix, and Fantasy Life will be shown between 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT and 4 PM ET / 1 PM PT. Smash Bros. 3DS will follow right after.
