Itagaki comments on Devil’s Third reviews
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 34 Comments
On his personal Facebook page, Devil’s Third creator Tomonobu Itagaki commented on the reviews the Wii U game has been receiving thus far. The average score currently sits at a 41 percent on Metacritic.
Itagaki acknowledged the negative critical reception, but feels that “most of the people reviewing the game weren’t given a chance to evaluate it properly.” Whereas Devil’s Third’s online play was designed “to be enjoyed together with tons of people”, he has the impression that “dozens of reviewers were only allowed to try the game in a closed environment.” Itagaki added that he values player feedback to a much greater extend.

A note about Sin & Punishment’s Wii to Wii U upgrade price
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
All N64 Virtual Console games on the Wii U cost $9.99 – with one exception. Sin & Punishment, which launched on the North American eShop this past Thursday, has an asking price of $11.99.
Those of you who picked up the original Virtual Console release on Wii can upgrade and nab the new Wii U version at a discounted price. Despite the slight increase in cost ($12 as opposed to $10), the upgrade is still just $2 like all other Wii to Wii U upgrades.
Thanks to TruExtent for the tip.
