Nintendo has listed several games for release this coming week on the North American eShop. Here’s a quick roundup of some of the titles we’ll be seeing on Thursday:
Jewel Match 3
Senran Kagura Burst
World Conqueror 3D
Word Wizard 3D
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is estimated to take 18.5 hours to fully complete. That is, beating the main story and obtaining 100 percent completion. The time it takes to finish A Link Between Worlds will obviously vary by player, but that’s the number we’re hearing from one reviewer.
Michel Ancel may be the creator of Rayman, but he doesn’t consider himself to be on the same level as Shigeru Miyamoto.
Ancel spoke briefly about how he views himself in comparison to Miyamoto while speaking with ONM recently. Ancel feels he’s more of an “apprentice” whereas “Miyamoto is a master” – or perhaps an “advanced apprentice”.
He said:
“It’s very kind of you to have me with such talented people, but I really consider myself to be an apprentice, where Miyamoto is a master. Well, maybe an advanced apprentice!”
Last month, Oxide Games announced a new “Nitrous” engine. It’s made for hardware like the PC and next-gen consoles, but Wii U won’t be supported.
Stardock Entertainment president and CEO Brad Wardell, who is involved with Nitrous’ development, tweeted the following when asked about potential Wii U support:
@GamefaMahdi Not presently.
