Snowcastle Games today announced Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure, a new project that takes inspiration from a number of titles – including Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley.

The new project features “resource gathering and crafting systems with perilous pirate camps, the ability to enlist the unique talents of the island’s wildlife to help you out, and many more exciting additions to be announced”.

The ninth content update for Farming Simulator 20 has been released for Switch, which includes two new machines. Players interested can check out the overview and trailer below:

Developer Phoenixx have released a new update for 2D puzzle action game FILEMECHANISM, which was released on Switch eShop last year. The update adds a new gimmick and some fixes.

Capcom has just announced that it will host a livestream one week from now, focusing on the upcoming expansion Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. The presentation is planned to be roughly 20 minutes and will feature information on new monsters, gameplay mechanics and more.

The Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Digital Event will air on Capcom’s official Twitch channel here on March 15 at: 7 AM PST / 10 AM EST / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe. As usual, we’ll provide coverage for the event when it goes live.

The selection of user icons has been updated on Nintendo Switch Online, adding a new set of designs based on Super Mario Odyssey.

Nintendo just made this feature available last week. My Nintendo members can spend points on various icons, with the Super Mario Odyssey set comprised of characters, enemies, backgrounds, and frames. Icons currently cost either 5 or 10 Platinum Points.

A new Kingdom Two Crowns update has been made available on Switch, with players now having access to version 1.19. It includes a bunch of bug fixes as well as some changes.

The sci-fi survival horror title Syndrome is almost here on Switch, and we have an early look with lots of gameplay. 13 minutes of footage has come in.

Thanks to Limited Run Games, Phantom Breaker: Omnia is now confirmed for physical release.

Two different versions are planned. Alongside a standard version, fans will be able to get their hands on a collector’s edition. The latter release comes with a physical copy of the game, special box, original soundtrack, art book, acrylic standee, M’s Bunny Plus, and character enamel pin set.
