Although there hasn’t been an official announcement, it’s looking like we’ll be seeing Hello Neighbor 2 on Switch.

A couple of retailer listings popped up this week suggesting that the title will be appearing on Nintendo’s console. Amazon and GameFly both have pages for Switch now.

Following the announcement of Live A Live’s HD-2D remake, Japanese magazine Famitsu sat down with original director Takashi Tokita, to talk about the game’s development.

The new Switch version served as the perfect opportunity to re-release the game, something the team tried to do many times over the years. Tokita dove into a number of other topics as well including why the team settled on the HD-2D art style.

There’s a bit of an interesting situation taking place with Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, with one person apparently managing to gain early access.

Those that have been keeping up with the game that the most recent release date was April 8. However, Nintendo ended up pushing the title back indefinitely due to the invasion of Ukraine that has been impacting the world as of late.

The Expansion Pass tier for Nintendo Switch Online kicked off a few months ago, and we’ve seen a number of classic N64 games added to the service since then. Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, and Banjo-Kazooie are among the included titles. Mario Golf is also following next week.

The adventure horror cooking game Happy’s Humble Burger Farm debuted on Switch this week, and gameplay has come in. Fans can watch 23 minutes of footage.

A new 1.0.3 update has gone out for Triangle Strategy, Square Enix’s tactical RPG. Nintendo and Square Enix have shared the official patch notes, though they aren’t very exciting.

According to Nintendo: “Several issues have been addressed to improve the gameplay experience.” Unfortunately, the patch notes don’t dive into any specifics. It’s unclear what problems have been addressed specifically, but you’ll want to install the patch for the best experience.

Now in 2022, Kirby is back on his biggest and most beautiful adventure yet with Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and it’s exceeded all expectations with incredibly deep levels, fluid gameplay, an evolving hub, tons of replayability, and a joyful, memorable time from beginning to end.

Chrono Cross finally made a comeback this week with The Radical Dreamers Edition, and Digital Foundry has since taken a closer look at the remaster by examining aspects such as frame rate and resolution. Unfortunately, what Square Enix delivered is a bit of a mixed bag – especially due to disappointing performance.

It turns out that the game’s frame rate can go extremely low, performing even worse than the PS1 original. AI upscaling that was used also results in an image that doesn’t always look the best.
