Nearly three years after it was announced for Switch, Fading Afternoon now has a release date on the system. Publisher Circle Entertainment revealed that it’s coming next week – specifically June 6, 2024.

Fading Afternoon was revealed for Switch in September 2021. It’s made by Yeo, the developer behind The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa.

Today, Sakuba Metal Works and SmokymonkeyS announced that they’re bringing a remastered version of Garage: Bad Dream Adventure to Switch in just a few days. It launches worldwide on June 6, 2024.

Garage: Bad Dream Adventure first came out in 1999, but only in Japan. The remastered version features updated visuals, a refreshed user interface, improved game balance, and new content such as additional chapters, subquests, and multiple endings. English will be fully supported.

Times and Galaxy just received a release date, and it’s not too far off. Fellow Traveller and Copychaser Games have now confirmed its launch for June 21, 2024.

Times & Galaxy was originally announced for Switch in February. Previously, we had more of a vague Q2 2024 release window.

Princess Peach: Showtime comes out as the top seller for a second straight month. Hogwarts Legacy is the only non-Nintendo title on the list – unless you count Minecraft, though the Big N has some involvement there on Switch as well.

The latest update for Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is here, and the game is moving up to version 1.30.

The primary purpose of the update is to add in support for the new wave of DLC. On top of that though, the game is gearing up for a new Ninja Battle event, various balance adjustments have been implemented, and more.

As far as Switch games go, it’s a bit of a slow month. MLB The Show does appear at #6 and Hogwarts Legacy is at #9, but those are multiplatform titles. The earliest Nintendo charts is at #15 with Princess Peach: Showtime.

Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios returned with news for the Homelander DLC in Mortal Kombat 1, and we now have a release date. The character will begin to go live on June 4 for Premium Edition and Kombat Pack owners. Everyone else will gain access soon after.

Aside from sharing the release date news for Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1, the character also received a new trailer. We’ve attached the video below.

Hello Games has revealed “Adrift” as the next major update for No Man’s Sky. This should be rolling out on Switch soon.

The studio says that it wants “players to experience an alternative universe”, and now with the expedition, they can be “truly alone.” That means shops, trading, shortcuts and help are eliminated. Plus, sandworms now roam free, buildings are broken and rusted, and a new ghostly frigate beckons in space.

There’s plenty more here as well. Players can access the Iron Vulture starship, new ship customizations, and more.

May 16: Nintendo just announced the new Sizzle Season 2024 for Splatoon 3. The fun begins on June 1, 2024.

As usual, the season will introduce new content for players at no extra cost. Lemuria Hub will be added as a new stage. Additionally, Wellstring V and Mint Decavitator are planned as new weapons. For Salmon Run, Big Big Run and Attack of the Triumvirate have been teased. Expect new music as well.

Aksys Games has provided the release date for Tales from Toyotoki: Arrival of the Witch in the west. Those in North America and Europe can pick up the title on August 22, 2024.

Tales from Toyotoki: Arrival of the Witch was previously confirmed for overseas launch this past February. Aksys said it would be bringing the game over sometime this summer.
