Ratalakia Games and Ninja Rabbit Studio have announced that Micetopia, an exploration platformer, will soon be offered on Switch. The title is slated for a digital release on November 20.

Here’s some information about the game as well as a trailer:

The long-awaited 1.1.0 update for Super Mario 3D All-Stars arrived tonight. Aside from adding inverted control options which had been previously confirmed for the patch, Nintendo unexpectedly started offering support for the GameCube controller in Super Mario Sunshine.

There are a few other aspects to the update not mentioned in the patch notes. For one thing, the debug blocks in Super Mario Sunshine have now been removed. Players previously noticed that Bianco Hills’ second secret area displayed cubes which mark the flipping platforms’ paths and weren’t intended to be shown.

Good news for Super Mario Sunshine fans: the GameCube controller is now supported in Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

We posted the patch notes for version 1.1.0 a few moments ago. However, we felt this deserved a special mention.

Players will need a GameCube Controller Adapter in order for the functionality to work properly. Additionally, it’s only compatible with TV mode, and it doesn’t work with a Switch Lite. Still, you can play Super Mario Sunshine using the same controls as found in the original GameCube release, which is a neat addition.

The 1.1.0 update for Super Mario 3D All-Stars that Nintendo announced a little while back is now live.

Nintendo has now shared the full patch notes for today’s update. If you’re interested in finding out what’s included, continue on below.

A new system update has just gone live for 3DS. Version 11.14.0-46 is out now for all users. Nintendo says of the latest firmware: “Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.”

This is the first 3DS update in almost a year. In December 2019, Nintendo addressed an issue with StreetPass.

Nintendo announced that it was ending production of the 3DS family of systems this past September. That means today’s update could be one of the last firmware upgrades.

There have been lots of Nintendo-themed shoes this year, most of which have been created in celebration of the 35th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. 2020 is almost over, but there’s still one more design on the way – and this one is based on a classic console.

Nintendo fans may be interested to know that Puma Future Rider NES-themed sneakers are coming soon. You can see how it looks above. We’re hearing that these sneakers should become available starting on December 4, so keep an eye out over the next few weeks.
