A new November 2023 update has been released for Mortal Kombat 1. The patch notes are in, and are quite lengthy.

The update includes a bunch of gameplay adjustments, balance adjustments for characters, and fixes. Various aspects of the fighter have been touched up including Practice Mode and Invasions.

Here’s the full rundown:

Today, we’ll be going over the best way to tackle each section – as well as something very simple you can do to make the Final-Final Test: Badge Marathon in Super Mario Bros. Wonder so much easier. If you’re ready to beat the challenge once and for all, then let’s get started.

For the most part, Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s levels – while fun – aren’t particularly difficult. That all changes when you reach the game’s final level, which is one of the toughest stages in the entire series. It’s a true test of skill and endurance, as it consists of multiple sections and multiple checkpoints throughout.

If you’re looking for another streaming option with The Super Mario Bros. Movie, you’ll be happy to hear that it will be joining Netflix very soon. The platform announced today that it can be seen on its service starting December 3, 2023.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie previously appeared on Peacock. It’s taken a few months for the film to begin reaching some of the other prominent streaming services as a deal prevented it from going elsewhere. You should be able to watch The Super Mario Bros. Movie on Netflix over the next ten months. Expect it to return on Peacock for another four months after that.

Previously released on mobile, Heads Up Phones Down Edition has just come to new platforms – including Switch.

This is a new spin on the mobile game that’s been redesigned for the latest devices. It has over 90 decks, including Act It Out, Animals Gone Wild, Blockbuster Movies, Hey Mr. DJ, Accents And Impressions, Food Fight, Adult Supervision, Adult Supervision 2 Even Adultier, and more.

Warner Bros. is gearing up for the new Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy with a new “Magic Awaits” trailer. The video unfortunately doesn’t show gameplay, instead focusing on cinematics and the story.

As a reminder, here’s what to expect from the title:

Original (11/1): Nintendo has just come out with a new overview trailer for Super Mario RPG showing various aspects of the remake. As usual, it’s so far only been published in Japanese, but the English counterpart is likely to follow soon – stay tuned for that.

Here’s some information about the game:

Idea Factory has passed along a final release date for Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters in North America and Europe. In both regions, it’s slated for January 23, 2024.

Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters previously hit Japan this past August. Idea Factory then announced localization plans in September.

Here’s an overview of the game:

Original (10/21): Tavern Talk has proven to be one of the more recently popular visual novels on Kickstarter. In less than a day, it was funded and the project is more than double its €20,000 goal. A Switch stretch goal was also reached, so we’ll be seeing it in 2024.

As for what to expect, Tavern Talk is a D&D inspired visual novel in which players run a tavern in a fantasy world. Drinks that are served can change the customer’s destiny forever while rumors can be turned into heroic quests for patrons.
