Nintendo is bringing some of its 3DS eShop titles to retail in Europe. Kind of.
Nintendo Pocket Football Club and a combined Mario vs. Donkey Kong offering – comprised of Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move and Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! – will be available to purchase as boxed copies starting on January 16.
There is one catch, however. Neither of the two retail releases come with cards. You’ll receive physical boxes, but they’ll come with download codes instead.

Yet another photo has landed on the Japanese Splatoon Twitter account. This time around, we learn a bit more about the Octopus Army Corps:
We have obtained a photograph of one of the fighters in the Octopus Army Corps. They control a hovercraft-like vehicle using the end of their tentacle, while shooting ink from the nozzle. Their attacks are strong, but perhaps they are a little dim; when the hero hides in ink, for these soldiers, it is as though they suddenly disappeared.
