Today, Inti Creates provided a final release date for Grim Guardians: Demon Purge. The game is heading to Switch on February 23, 2023.
Grim Guardians: Demon Purge is an upcoming 2D side-scrolling action game featuring a pair of demon hunting sisters. We had originally heard about the project back in August.
Limited Run Games announced today that Jamestown+, the top-down four-player retro shooter from Final Form Games, is getting a physical release on Switch. Only a standard edition will be available.

Gearbox Publishing and developer Hopoo Games have unveiled Risk of Rain Returns, a redone version of the original game. It will be available on Switch in 2023.
Risk of Rain Returns features an updated codebase and “expands on the original and implements features and learnings from the smash hit Risk of Rain 2.” There’ll be HD pixel art, original and new music from Chris Christodoulou, tons of balance changes, and more. Publisher Super Rare Games and developer Inresin are teaming up on their new game The Gecko Gods, both sides announced today. It will be out on Switch sometime in 2023.

Tinykin, which first appeared on Switch back in August, has just gone live with a brand new Challenge Update.
The update contains time-attack challenges across every region of the game, rewarding Milo with some fancy new outfits. After completing a room’s main quest, players will find a pair of new Hornet characters. Challenge them on the courses they’ve set up in Transidor, Sanctar, Foliana, Balnea, Ambrose, and Celerion (one short and one long course per zone), beat their gold medal times, and celebrate with fashion. Also teased are some extra surprises for those going the extra mile and 100% completing Tinykin.
Starting today, Switch owners can get their hands on Kaiju Wars. It’s available digitally on the eShop.
Kaiju Wars was announced in March, and we knew it would be available sometime this year. The game is a turn-based strategy experience in which players construct buildings and take command of an army locked in a hopeless struggle to take down gigantic monsters of increasing power as they attack the city.
