Trine Enchanted Edition likely won’t be hitting Wii U next month. Developer Frozenbyte told one gamer that the title “will most likely take until January”.

Nintendo most recently dated Trine Enchanted Edition for “winter” in its latest Nintendo Direct press release.

Steam Powered Giraffe working on SteamWorld Heist’s soundtrack

Today, Image & Form announced that Steam Powered Giraffe is working on the soundtrack for SteamWorld Heist. The San Diego-based band will create all songs and in-game music.
Additionally, Steam Powered Giraffe will be featured in the game as a troupe that Captain Piper and her crew encounter in bars while recruiting fighters. Image & Form’s announcement also confirms that players will be able to collect sheet music containing Steam Powered Giraffe songs which can be played on a jukebox in Captain Piper’s ship.
SteamWorld Heist will be available in spring 2015. Above you’ll find a music video for “Prepare for Boarding”, the first song from SteamWorld Heist.

European eShop lists December 4 release date for The Legend of Dark Witch, Cake Ninja 3

The European Wii U eShop has listed two games for release next week. The Legend of Dark Witch – Chronicle 2D ACT will be available for 3DS, while Cake Ninja 3: The Legend Continues is coming to Wii U. Both are launching on December 4 for €4.99 each.
Shovel Knight 3DS theme due out in North America this week

According to a message posted on Nintendo’s Twitter account, a 3DS theme for Shovel Knight is launching in North America this week. This will be the same “International Theme” also slated for Europe. It’s due out on November 27 – this Thursday.

Art of Balance Wii U gets an update in North America, Europe soon

Art of Balance has been updated to version 1.01 in North America, developer Shin’en has confirmed. The same patch will be out in Europe shortly as well.

GetClose, Heptrix hitting the North American Wii U eShop this week

Two new digital Wii U games have been confirmed for release this week via listings on the eShop. GetClose and Heptrix are both expected on November 27. Pricing is set at $4.99 and $1.99 respectively.
