Dengeki was able to speak with Inti Creates president and CEO Takuya Aizu. Recently, an English translation of their discussion was posted. It included some interesting comments about some of Inti Creates’ Nintendo-related titles.
At one point during the interview, Aizu was asked about how Blaster Master Zero came to be. He offered this lengthy explanation in response:

Gal*Gun 2 getting “Free Hugs Edition”

PQube and Inti Creates have announced a special collector’s edition for Gal*Gun 2. The two sides will be releasing the “Free Hugs Edition” this year.
It comes with the following:
– A copy of the game

Gal*Gun 2 opening movie for Switch

The Gal*Gun series is… an interesting one. For those of you who don’t know, you control a male protagonist who has somehow become incredibly popular with every anime girl in sight. Of course, you’re looking for your one true love, so you have to fend off these hordes of women through giving them euphoria by shooting them with your… pheromone gun.
Yep!
Anyway, below is a newly released video for the Switch version. It’s headed to the Switch in spring 2018 for North America and Europe. Enjoy!

Inti Creates has shared a bunch of new information about Mighty Gunvolt Burst. We have news about the latest DLC characters, the new update, sales for the game, and a demo.
Mighty Gunvolt Burst version 1.3 launches December 28. It will allow players to purchase Ray, Copen, and Kurona as DLC characters. It also addresses the following bugs:

Inti Creates is celebrating the holidays in Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack. For two days only, players will be able to partake in Christmas Mode on Switch.
The mode will be around on December 24 and December 25 only. In it, presents will be appearing all over, and it’ll be your duty to collect as many as possible while taking on enemies.

Dragon Marked for Death officially delayed to 2018

Inti Creates, the developer of the Azure Striker Gunvolt series, has been hard at work on its new game Dragon Marked for Death. Originally, it was slated for Winter 2017. With the lack of news since the original announcement, Inti Creates shared the expected news today that the game is now coming sometime in 2018 instead.
The official Twitter account posted the following earlier today:
We wanted to give everyone an update on the release timeframe for Dragon Marked for Death. The team is working day and night to make this game the absolute best it it can be, and thus, the game will now release sometime in 2018.

2017 is almost up, so it would have been very surprising for Dragon Marked for Death to be released within the next couple of weeks. You can at least rest easy knowing that Inti Creates is doing everything possible to make the game as great as it can be.
