Capcom revealed yet another collaboration for Monster Hunter XX this week. The Japanese 3DS game is teaming up with Kingdom, a manga series in Japan.

The collaboration comes in the form of a sword and shield weapon called Xin’s Sword. The sword is inherited by Xin from his friend, and the shield depicts a hot-blooded general.

Square Enix issued a new trailer and commercials for Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional. All of the videos are posted below.

Monster Hunter XX has received another video today. In the latest footage, a couple of quests are shown featuring Lao-Shan Lung and Deviant Diablos. View it below.

Square Enix sent out a new information batch about Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional. Today’s content covers the World of Incarnus, an area in the game with a new story inhabited by divine monsters known as Incarnus. Find the details rounded up below along with new screenshots courtesy of Gematsu. 

– The protagonist has saved Break World from crisis and safely taken back the memories he lost
– One day, he meets a mysterious creature named Tico that resembles a young bird
– Led by Tico, you arrive at the “World of Incarnus”
– This is a place where Incarnus live
– This opens the curtains on a new adventure set in the world inhabited by Inacrnus, monsters said to belong to the lineage of gods
– Visit the World of Incarnus with Tico
– A new story will unfold in this land of magical atmosphere
– The ecosystem in this world is different from that of Break World; monsters are huge
– All items are huge as well
– Since they’re so big, you can get a lot of items all at once
– There seems to be dangerous areas where monsters fight against each other in the World of Incarnus
– Use your drone to explore and witness the full impact battle up close
– The Village of Incarnus is the base area in the World of Incarnus
– There is not much of an indication of other people, and there doesn’t seem to be many residents
– The town has facilities run by Incarnus
– Incarnus come in all forms and varieties
– An altar-like structure can be found inside the town
– The protagonist visits the World of Incarnus after a strange encounter
– However, it will develop into an unforeseen incident that involves both the World of Incarnus and Break World
– The situation takes an unexpected turn with a certain request from Tico
– Characters from the Joker series will also appear to help the player
– A new threat will stand before the protagonist

During the latest episode of Capcom TV, it was announced that a Monster Hunter XX demo is planned for Japan. It will be arriving on February 15 on the 3DS eShop.

Players will be able to experience the Brave and Renkin Hunting Styles. The Felyne Hunter’s Beast Mode is included as well. Four-player local multiplayer is supported.

Three quests will be available:

– Hunting Yian Kut-Ku in the ancient forest (beginner)
– Hunting Barroth in desert (intermediate)
– Hunting Barioth in snowy mountain (advanced)

Capcom’s financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2016 are in. As part of the publisher’s report, information was shared about several of its recent titles.

First, Capcom says that the Japan-exclusive Monster Hunter Stories experienced “soft sales”. On the bright side, Monster Hunter Generations “achieved solid sales overseas thanks to Capcom’s established brand capabilities.”

Capcom will next ship Monster Hunter XX in the Monster Hunter series next month in Japan. It is planning “an aggressive sales campaign” for the new 3DS game.

The latest episode of Nintendo’s Japanese show Nyannyan Neko Mario Time has now gone live. We’ve included it below.

We knew that Wii U production would be ending soon in Japan. Today, it looks like that time has come. Nintendo updated its website today confirming that systems are no longer being produced within its home territory. With Switch launching in a month, that shouldn’t be too surprising.
