Dragon Quest X has been out for a while in Japan. Over the years, three “versions” of the MMO were released that expanded its world. Next week, on December 3rd, a compilation will be released that includes all three versions. Check out the reveal trailer below:

Square Enix sent out another batch of Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 details and screenshots today. Find the latest content below, courtesy of Siliconera.

– Won’t see many humans in the cities
– They say that humans are actually quite rare to see in “Break World”
– Map on the bottom screen indicates in red where you’ll need to go while in towns and out in the fields

– Reactor can help you find data on monsters
– Can also find hidden treasure chests and other objects you normally can’t see
– There will be an indication when the Reactor is responding to something
– This usually means that there’s a hidden object nearby
– Reactor reveals invisible bridges and more as well
– Use the “Ride” feature to access areas you normally can’t on foot.
– Land, sea, and sky varieties for the Rides
– The monsters will be able to provide you with help for any of the three types of travel
– As you advance through the story, the Rides also evolve
– This lets them perform new actions
– Ex: certain Rides will gain the ability to do extra jumps to reach areas you weren’t able to before
– Over 500 monsters in the game
– Use Ride with countless monsters
– They all have their unique looks for the feature
– Can attack monsters while riding
– This leads to monsters being knocked out or stunned for a short while

Rumor has it that Bravely Second’s western version will feature a change to one of the game’s classes. In the original Japanese edition, Square Enix included a Tomahawk class. But if the rumor is accurate, it’s now been replaced with the Cowboy class. The image above apparently gives us a look at the modification (the cowboy image seems to originate from a Spanish store).

Nintendo nor Square Enix has officially confirmed any class changes at this time. We’ll keep an eye out for any future developments about the rumor.

Included in the western version are the specialized Blue Mage and Samurai jobs. These two were previously only available as DLC in Japan.

When Final Fantasy Explorers heads west in January, Square Enix will be bringing out a special collector’s edition. That’s according to a new fact sheet published for the game.

Unfortunately, the Final Fantasy Explorers fact sheet doesn’t actually say what’s included. It’s only been confirmed thus far that the package will cost $69.99 as opposed to the standard version, which is priced at $39.99. We should be seeing an official announcement of the collector’s edition soon with details about its contents.
