Tracy Spahr from The UPS Store told GamesRadar that the prototype took a team of six people over 12 hours to design and assemble. The case is entirely comprised of seven UPS boxes.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon

Back when Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was on Kickstarter in 2015, one of the stretch goals was for an 8-bit action game. It has finally come to fruition as Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon.

Inti Creates announced the new title at BitSummit today. Believe it or not, it’s arriving in just a couple of weeks on May 24. It features four playable characters, multiple endings, and more.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate

Capcom is finally bringing the Switch version of Monster Hunter XX to the west, the company announced today. The game will be released in North America in Europe as Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate originally came to Japan last August. Capcom has been keeping quiet on any localization plans, leaving much doubt that it would ever launch in the west. However, we now have confirmation that it’s heading to North America and Europe physically and digitally on August 28.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Datamining has often led to new information about games being uncovered early. For example, a bunch of costumes were found in update files for Super Mario Odyssey ahead of time, which Nintendo has slowly started adding in over the past couple of months.

Another datamine appears to have taken place for another Switch game, and it’s pretty huge. Details about Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s story DLC have apparently been uncovered, as well as information about new Blades.

We have a roundup of information below – proceed at your own risk.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

Super Smash Bros. - Nintendo Switch

Tiago Sonobe worked at Bandai Namco between April 2014 and August 2016 as a software engineer and graphics programmer. That same month, he moved over to Nintendo – also as a software engineer.

Sonobe’s work history is notable due to an apparent tweet which has now been deleted (and his account as well). In his message, Sonobe mentions that he left Bandai Namco before the production on Smash Bros. Switch started. However, he further says he created the rendering engine it’s built on.
