Kotaku has published a new interview with Nintendo’s Damon Baker. It’s primarily focused on indies and the Switch eShop, including the store’s limitations. The site also asked about third-parties possibly getting on board with Nintendo Labo.

This week’s North American Nintendo Downloads are as follows:

Two special tournaments are planned for E3 2018, Nintendo announced today. The Super Smash Bros. Invitational & Splatoon 2 World Championship 2018 will both be held at the expo in June. Both will be live streamed online.

For the Super Smash Bros. Invitational, Nintendo will be inviting a select group of players to compete in the tournament. It’ll be the first exhibition tournament hosted for the Switch game.

Splatoon wasn’t the only Nintendo game with a panel at GDC today. ARMS producer Kosuke Yabuki was also at the event to talk about ARMS.

During his panel, Yabuki showed prototypes, concept art, and more. We’re even able to get a glimpse at the comic that will be provided out on Free Comic Book Day.

Manticore – Galaxy on Fire is seeing a last-minute delay on Switch. Originally scheduled for launch tomorrow, it has been pushed back to an unspecified date.

Deep Silver says fans will be updated with “more details as well as the new release date in the coming days.” If you pre-loaded from the eShop, your purchase is still valid and you’ll be able to access the game when it’s ready.

At the Unreal keynote at GDC today, the first off-screen footage debuted of ARK: Survival Evolved running on Switch. You can watch the clip below.

At GDC today, a Switch version of ARK: Survival Evolved was announced during the Unreal keynote. This was all possible thanks to Abstraction Games, who is handling the port. It’s in such an advanced stage that it was demoed live in front of attendees. Abstraction CEO Ralph Egas mentioned to GamesIndustry that the team “created something you could almost send for certification.”

Egas shared the following regarding the team’s progress when it comes to ARK: Survival Evolved on Switch:

ARK: Survival Evolved is coming to Switch, Survival Evolved has announced. The news was just shared during an event at GDC.

Studio Wildcard said that ARK: Survival Evolved on Switch will look visually comparable to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions. Also, the same features and way of delivering multiplayer will be similar.

ARK: Survival Evolved launches on Switch this fall. We have details and a trailer for the title below.
