Nintendo relaunches Fire Emblem World, the Japanese Fire Emblem portal website
Posted on 5 years ago by Matt(@OnePunchMaz) in General Nintendo, News | 0 comments
Today, Nintendo has relaunched Fire Emblem World, its Japanese Fire Emblem portal website. The site gives an overview of the Fire Emblem series as a whole, introducing the various games and characters from the series’ long history. There’s no real new info on the site, but the site does have artwork of all the games in high quality, which is noteworthy for some of the older titles. Nintendo has also uploaded all of the series’ opening movies in HD to Youtube for the first time – a list of them can be found here. With both Fire Emblem Expo and Fire Emblem Houses coming next year, it seems like Nintendo is reinforcing how big the series has become in recent years.

Dragon Quest Builders 2: Endless Battle Island setting detailed
Posted on 5 years ago by Matt(@OnePunchMaz) in News, Switch | 0 comments
Square Enix has updated the official Japanese website of Dragon Quest Builders 2 with some information on the game’s Endless Battle Island setting; we’ve rounded up the details below (credit goes to Gematsu for the translation):
In Dragon Quest Builders 2, the residents of the island will actually help you build certain structures. All you need to do is make the blueprint and put the necessary materials for the structure in the storage chest. The residents will then proceed to build that structure according to the blueprint using materials from the storage chest.
Other than castles, you can also build magical weapons that can be used in the fight against the Hargon Order. Weapons include the Zap Barrier, which prevents enemies from advancing, the Sizz Tile, a trap that creates a pillar of flame when enemies step onto it, and the Woosh Vacuum, which attacks enemies with a huge tornado.
Enemies aren’t the only obstacle you’ll come across in your travels – you will also have to navigate difficult terrain. This includes underwater caves, strong storms and blizzards.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – Super Smash Blog update: Yoshi
Posted on 5 years ago by Matt(@OnePunchMaz) in News, Switch | 0 comments
Today’s Super Smash Blog update is about one of the veterans, Yoshi:
#05: Yoshi
Yoshi is all about egg-related moves, like throwing eggs, swallowing opponents and turning them into eggs, or turning into an egg and charging towards an opponent. With a high jump, recovery is a piece of cake for Yoshi! And for his Final Smash, a Yoshi army stampedes through the stage.
