Bethesda has introduced a major 1.9.0 patch for The Elder Scrolls: Blades. The update includes a Quest Menu in place of the Quest Map, new event quests, the Dark Seducers, seasons, improvements, and bug fixes.

Axiom Verge 2 delayed to the first half of 2021, developer update

When Axiom Verge 2 was announced last December, it was planned for a Fall 2020 launch. Unfortunately, that will no longer be happening. Creator Thomas Happ confirmed in a blog post today that the project has shifted to the first half of 2021.
Happ indicated that Axiom Verge 2 is a bigger game to develop than its predecessor. The new title will feature more sophisticated enemies, a tool like the Address Disruptor from the original “that gives the player more control over the outcome”, and a “more complex” visual style.

Narrative-driven game If Found… heading to Switch

If Found…, “a narrative-driven game about going home, coming out, and erasing everything” is coming to Switch. Annapurna Interactive and Dreamfeel shared the news today.
For the Switch release, there will be enhanced accessibility options, a touch screen option in handheld mode, never before seen artwork from illustrator Liadh Young, extended narrative sequences, a bonus chapter, and multiple interactive epilogues to discover the futures of every unique character. Dreamfeel also partnered with Irish and Sierra Leonean musician Loah and composer 2mello to produce a new song for the game, with lyrics from If Found… director and co-writer Llaura McGee.

Civilization VI getting October 2020 update next week

The next free update for Civilization VI will be offered to all players on October 22, 2K and Firaxis have announced. It will include the new unique multiplayer scenario “Pirates” as well as some balance changes, AI updates and more.

The Art of Samurai Shodown will have a worldwide release in 2021

SNK and Dark Horse are teaming up on a massive book to celebrate Samurai Shodown. Spanning nearly 300 pages with almost 700 documents and illustrations, The Art of Samurai Shodown offers a look into the making of the Switch fighter.
It appears that Dark Horse’s book is based on what was originally created by Pix’n Love Publishing. However, this will now have a worldwide release.

Hardcore Mecha getting a physical release in the west

Hardcore Mecha was already confirmed to be receiving a physical release in Asia, but now the same can be said of the west as well. Red Art Games announced a partnership with RocketPunch Games and Lightning Games for a physical version overseas.
Pre-orders open on October 15 for €39.99. Red Art Games will be accepting reservations here, and only 2,800 copies will be produced.
The physical version of Hardcore Mecha from Red Art Games is scheduled for Q1 2021.
