Jump Force Deluxe Edition

Yesterday, Bandai Namco announced Jump Force Deluxe Edition for Switch. More details have since been shared about the game’s resolution and frame rate.

When docked, Jump Force will run at up to 1080p on Switch. However, depending on what’s happening in-game, the resolution can change. Portable mode reduces the image quality to the natural 720p maximum.

Hyper Jam, a neon-soaked arena brawler, is out on Switch today via the eShop. Have a look at some footage in the video below.

Streets of Rage 4

Streets of Rage 4 was thought to be heading to Switch on April 23 after it was listed on the eShop. While that turned out to be inaccurate, we won’t have to wait much longer for the game. It’s now been officially announced that the release date is set for April 30.

Also revealed today is a new Battle Mode. Here’s a brief introduction and trailer:

HAL Laboratory is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. In this week’s issue of Famitsu, the Japanese magazine published messages from several notable developers who shared messages in honor of the milestone, including Shigeru Miyamoto and Masahiro Sakurai.

R.B.I. Baseball 20

R.B.I Baseball 20 has been updated on Switch. Aside from fixes, the game has implemented ballpark updates as well as behavior improvements.

Mario Kart Tour will hold a new Trick Tour next week, Nintendo has announced. The event will feature new courses and challenges.

The new Trick Tour goes live on April 22. It should last until May 6. Around the time that it goes live, we should have a trailer.

Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia

Happinet has published the fourth producer letter for Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia. This time around, producer Kazuhiro Igarashi shares more information about the difficulty selection at the start of the game.

Ninjala

GungHo Online Entertainment will hold an open beta for Ninjala, the company has revealed. It’s set to go live on April 28 / April 29. Players will have the opportunity to try out the game prior to launch, though some features will naturally be limited.

The schedule is as follows:

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced The Start of It All as the latest summoning event in Fire Emblem Heroes. Marth, Caeda, Merric, and Palla will be featured. A new Paralogue Story is also planned.
