Arc of Alchemist coming west on Switch in early 2020

A few months ago, the RPG Arc of Alchemist was announced for Switch. Idea Factory has now confirmed that the game will be coming west, and is releasing in both North America and Europe.

Smash Bros. Ultimate to host “The Road to Becoming Fighting King” tournament event

Nintendo has announced a new tournament event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This one’s called “The Road to Becoming Fighting King” and has players facing off against others in 1-on-1 stamina battles on Omega Form stages.
The new tournament kicks off on November 8. Expect it to last for three days.

Other Tales Interactive announced today that its co-op adventure game Tick Tock: A Tale for Two is making its way to Switch next month, complete with cross-play support with PC, Mac, and mobile. It will launch via the eShop on December 5.

Black Friday 2019 is still a few weeks away, but retailer ads are already starting to leak online. Target’s deals for the big sale event have now been confirmed.
As far as Nintendo is concerned, there are a number of highlights. Super Mario Odyssey, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Mario Tennis Aces will be sold for $30 each for doorbuster deals. Other titles will also be on sale such as Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled for $15. We might as well mention that last year’s Switch deal, which features the console and a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for $300, is back.
