The Wizard director on Nintendo’s involvement with the film, sent a Power Glove rep to the set

The Wizard and Nintendo almost go hand-in-hand. As those who have seen the film know, the Power Glove plays a role, as does Super Mario Bros. 3.
Director Todd Holland shared more about Nintendo’s involvement in an interview with Arcade Attack. When asked if the Big N had any special requests for product placement or requested any changes, Holland explained:

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Switch tech analysis

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was only just announced for Switch a couple of months ago, but it already landed on the eShop this week. Digital Foundry has taken a closer look at the impressive port as part of a new analysis.
Compared to other versions, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice takes a biggest hit on Switch when it comes to resolution. When docked, the game employs a dynamic resolution that has a maximum of 720p and a minimum of around 576p. The same 720p floor applies to portable mode, though it can dip to 400p. Things can look blurry from time to time, but anti-aliasing improves the visuals.

Cytus Alpha launches for Switch in North America on May 14, gameplay trailer

PM Studios and acttil have set a final release date for Cytus Alpha in North America. Rayark’s Rhythm game will be available for Nintendo’s console on May 14, the two companies have revealed.
For the initial release, Cytus Alpha will include a special CD featuring music from [Chapter Ω]. The CD and game will be finely packaged using exclusive boxart with some of the game’s visuals.

A special Switch system has been made to celebrate Trüberbrook’s release, and we’re giving it away

The sci-fi adventure game Trüberbrook is set to arrive on Switch next week. To celebrate the physical copy’s launch, publisher Headup and Merge Games have created a special Switch system for the game. We have various images of the design above.
Headup and Merge Games were kind enough to offer us an opportunity to gave that Switch unit away. Of course, the winner will also receive a copy of the game.

Forever Entertainment has announced a partnership with Gunpowder Team to bring Gunpowder on The Teeth: Arcade to Switch. A release date is not known at this time – other than “soon”.
Gunpowder on The Teeth: Arcade is described as “a platformer with simple controls, retro graphics, and utterly outrageous difficulty level, ever increasing as you progress through the game”. Find more details and a trailer below.

A significant update for Brawlout has just gone live. A new Fire Temple stage has been added with version 2.1.0, along with character balancing and more.
