Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition is due out next year on Swith. When it does release, it’ll be digital-only – at least in North America.

A Square Enix representative has stated that Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition will not have a physical release stateside. It’s unclear how other regions will be handled at this time.

ibb & obb is another new title from today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct not present in overseas versions of the presentation, but should be seeing a worldwide release. The game is due out later this year.

Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo Switch Online will kick off next week with twenty NES games. But Nintendo isn’t stopping there, with new games being added regularly.

Nintendo has actually already revealed what’s in store for October, November, and December. Some of these include “special versions”.

Mobile Ball is in the works for 3DS, XFlag announced during today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct. Below are a few tidbits:

– Versus game with up to 6 players
– Three on each team
– The goal is to work together with your teammates, and get the ball into the opponent’s goal
– Many characters with their own special moves
– Players will be able to cross-play between the 3DS and smartphone versions
– Out Winter 2018 in Japan
