Massive Pokemon Duel update teased

A big update is on the way to Pokemon Duel. It’s unclear what’s planned, but more information is due to be released on July 19. For now, we only have an image that features a large purple crystal. Expect additional news soon.

The Japanese Super Mario Odyssey Twitter account is back at it with another update. Along with art of a captured Hammer Bro., we have a quick clip showing it in action:
Nintendo notes that by quickly shaking the Joy-Con, frying pans can be thrown faster.

THQ Nordic says de Blob was “a bit underrepresented” on Wii, cancelled online game was similar to Splatoon

de Blob didn’t achieve massive success, but the series was one of the more interesting experiments on Wii. THQ Nordic business and product development director Reinhard Pollice believes that the franchise has potentially, calling it “the perfect indie game.” Pollice added in an interview with GamesIndustry that de Blob “was a bit underrepresented on Wii,” and it should have been on Steam for the potential of being “a massive success.”

Namco Museum will support Download Play on Switch with free eShop app

When Namco Museum launches, players will be able to download a free app from the eShop. This will allow for Download Play on Switch, specifically for Pac-Man Vs.
If one person has purchased Namco Museum, the other Switch owner won’t need a copy of the game. The second person will only need to download the free app for Download Play. One Switch system is used to play as Pac-Man while the other is for three people to play as the Ghosts.
Pac-Man Vs. can also be played with one Switch system with up to three players. However, with one unit, you’ll be limited to playing as Ghosts.
