Just Dance 2017 is out today on most systems, including Wii U and Wii. As many of you know though, a Switch version is also in the works.

In a press release announcing Just Dance 2017’s launch, Ubisoft said that the game will be available on Switch in March. With Nintendo’s new platform debuting during that month, we can pretty much say Just Dance 2017 will be a launch title. Most had probably expected that anyway, but this is an official indication. Ubisoft previously confirmed a vague 2017 window for the Switch version.

Here’s the Just Dance 2017 launch trailer by the way:

You may recall that Ectoplaza was first shown in Nintendo’s “Spring Partners” video preview earlier in 2016. The indie title is now ready for release, and is heading to North America on Thursday for $7.99. A European version will also follow at some point.

We’ve got the following of Ectoplaza from Syndicate Atomic:

Ectoplaza is a breakneck game about irritable ghosts wreaking havoc on haunted hotels, paranormal guests, and each other.

Join a party of poltergeists as they rampage through underworld-renowned resorts from which they can never escape. Monster mash with up to four players and have the time of your afterlife.

— Choose from six unhappy haunts, each with their own stats and game-changing special abilities.
— Master a multi-tiered charge & fling system to unleash quick chomps, trick shots, and devastating ricochets.
— Smash your way through 5 settings and 15 different levels, each with different stage hazards.
— Be the last ghost standing in Afterlives, collect the most ectoplasm in Collectoplaza, or score the winning goal in Ghostball.

Since Miitomo released early this year, it’s been possible to use the app with a device running on iOS 7. However, this will no longer be the case as early as December.

An update is on the way to Miitomo on or after December. Once that happens, you won’t be able to continue experiencing the app on the older version of iOS. Nintendo said the move is being done “in order to continue improving our service and your experience”.

Head past the break for the notice in full.

For the most part, the Pokemon Sun/Moon demo is the same on all 3DS systems. The experience itself is exactly the same obviously. Differences on New 3DS and regular 3DS (plus 2DS) systems come down to how it runs.

Just as we’ve talked about before, the demo disables things like Miiverse on older 3DS systems. It also causes the system to fully reboot when it’s closed.

You can view a comparison video between the New 3DS and regular 3DS below. Again, they’re mostly the same, though the New 3DS seems to handle the last battle better in terms of performance.

Following Nintendo announcing the Japanese release date for Momotaro Dentetsu 2017: Tachiagare Nippon!! earlier today, Amazon posted the official boxart. View it above, and check out some screenshots below.

Here’s a closer look at the Phoenix Wright figma:

Nintendo opened the Momotaro Dentetsu 2017: Tachiagare Nippon!! website earlier today, which contains a few details about what to expect from the new 3DS game. Here’s a rundown courtesy of Gematsu’s translation:

Laura Kate Dale is back with another brief report about Switch on LetsPlayVideoGames.

Speaking with a source with Nintendo who has provided accurate information in the past, the Dock will be included with all packages for Switch in every region. Nintendo is said to focusing on the system’s hybrid nature as part of its marketing efforts. Including the Dock is the company’s way of ensuring that there won’t be brand confusion.

Apparently, Nintendo considered selling the handheld unit as a standalone product, but ultimately decided against doing so. There were some concerns that consumers who purchased the portable device without the Dock may still think they could connect it to a television. Also unsurprisingly, Nintendo has no plans for the Switch handheld to be able to connect to a TV without the Dock.
