Update: Added more screenshots. The Japanese page also reveals new character Girii, who is the Super-Secret Bases master.

A new/returning feature has been revealed for Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire: “Super-Secret Bases”.

In the 3DS remakes, players can create a Secret Base all to their own. You’ll be able to select and place Decorations, use Decorations to create tricks in your Secret Base, decide the rules for what kind of Pokemon battles are allowed there, and make it like your very own Pokemon Gym. Players can challenge you here as well.

First screenshots from the Super-Secret Bases can be found above. An official post from the Pokemon website with a bunch of additional information is located below.

3D Fantasy Zone II

SEGA has announced 3D Fantasy Zone II for the Japanese 3DS eShop. The game is due out in just a few days – July 16 specifically. It will be priced at 762 yen.

The official website for 3D Fantasy Zone II can be found here.

A Shovel Knight update for Wii U should be arriving soon, as Yacht Club Games says that it’s “rolling out today.” It’s a single fix intended to address an issue with Tinker Knight. The same update will hit 3DS in the near future.

Yacht Club Games also confirmed on Twitter today that a larger Shovel Knight patch is in the works. This will “address common issues, requests, and concerns”.
