3DS eShop

Starting today, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is seeing a sale on the eShop. The Wii U and 3DS versions can both be purchased for $20 each. This offer will last until February 3.

Last week, Renegade Kid confirmed Moon Chronicles for the 3DS eShop. We received a first round of information and screenshots, but didn’t get to check out the game in video form.

That will be changing sometime this week. Moon Chronicles’ reveal trailer will hit in just a matter of days, according to the game’s official Twitter account.

Super Mario Bros Deluxe takes up 44 blocks, or 5.5 MB. 3DS owners in Japan are starting to receive the game as part of the Nintendo Network promotion.

Muteki Corporation recently revealed to Nintendo Everything that it will soon be bringing Dragon Fantasy: Book I (as well as Book II) to the 3DS eShop. We spoke with creative director Adam Rippon to learn about what’s new in the 3DS release, whether or not we can expect more 3DS support from the studio in the future, and a whole lot more. Although it should hardly come as a surprise, Nintendo customer service has no clue as to when Super Mario Bros. 3 will be launching on the North American Virtual Console.

Super Mario Bros. 3 landed in Europe right before the end of 2013 – for both Wii U and 3DS. Meanwhile, there hasn’t been any news about a stateside release aside from the fact that the game is coming… eventually.

Reader Andy decided to email Nintendo customer service in hopes of obtaining an update. Not much was revealed, but you can find the full response below.

Klon is bringing out two new Impregnable Romance of the Three Kingdoms games on the Japanese 3DS eShop next week. Each contains tower defense gameplay and allows players to control a series of generals.

Impregnable Romance of the Three Kingdoms: The Great Warfront of Wei and Impregnable Romance of the Three Kingdoms: The Defender of Wu and the Large River will be available on January 29. Pricing is set at 500 yen each.
