Update: This may not be happening after all. It seems CoroCoro has changed the text on its website, indicating that the magazine will discuss the characters and stages revealed thus far.

The official website for Japanese magazine CoroCoro has revealed that the next issue will be jam packed and is set to reveal all the characters and stages in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.

CoroCoro goes on sale around the 15th of every month, but due to the fact it generally brings a lot of Pokémon related news, among other things, the magazine tends to leak early fairly often. So, chances are we could be learning about these characters and stages a lot sooner than the 15th of next month.

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is due to be released in Japan in September, with a release elsewhere due in October.

New Gameplay Trailer Reveals Exciting Details for
Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire

Mega Metagross, New Cosplay Pikachu, and Introduction of Hoenn Characters

BELLEVUE, WA—July 14, 2014—The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo today announced exciting new features and story elements of the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire games, launching in the United States and Canada on November 21, 2014, for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. New Mega-Evolved Pokémon Mega Metagross!
A new Mega-Evolved Pokémon was revealed today—Mega Metagross. Metagross is the partner Pokémon of Pokémon League Champion Steven, whose deep bond helps it to Mega Evolve into Mega Metagross. Despite helping Trainers throughout their journey, Steven is the last obstacle for Trainers to overcome before becoming the Pokémon League Champion.

As promised, Nintendo today revealed the latest Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS character additions. Lucina and Robin (male/female) from the highly regarded franchise Fire Emblem will be included in the game. Captain Falcon is also returning.

All three characters were shown in a three-minute video that Nintendo debuted today. We’ll have it here soon, along with first screenshots of the new characters.
