Schedule for this week’s Wii U/3DS online maintenance

Nintendo announced the scheduling of this week’s maintenance which includes a number of major titles. The maintenance rolls out in 5 waves starting December 7 (December 8 in Japan.)
The first wave includes:
- Some Wii U online services and online play
- All online services for Mario Kart 8
- Some Nintendo 3DS online services and online play
The schedule for this wave is:
– Europe: December 7th (10PM) to December 8th (3AM)
– UK: December 7th (9PM) to December 8th (2AM)
– North America (EDT): December 7th (4PM to 9PM)
– North America (PDT): December 7th (1PM to 6PM)
– Japan: December 8th (6AM to 11AM)
The second wave includes:
- All online services for Super Mario Maker
The schedule for this wave is:
– Europe: December 7th (10PM to 11.30PM)
– UK: December 7th (9PM to 10.30PM)
– North America (EDT): December 7th (4PM to 5.30PM)
– North America (PDT): December 7th (1PM to 2.30PM)
– Japan: December 8th (6AM to 7.30AM)
The third wave includes:
- All online services for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
- All online services for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
The schedule for this wave is:
– Europe: December 7th (11PM) to December 8th (3AM)
– UK: December 7th (10PM) to December 8th(2AM)
– North America (EDT): December 7th (5PM to 9PM)
– North America (PDT): December 7th (2PM to 6PM)
– Japan: December 8th (7AM to 11AM)
The fourth wave includes:
- All online services for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (Nintendo 3DS)
The schedule for this wave is:
– Europe: December 8th (0.30AM to 3AM)
– UK: December 7th (11.30PM) to December 8th (2AM)
– North America (EDT): December 7th (6.30PM to 9PM)
– North America (PDT): December 7th (3.30PM to 6PM)
– Japan: December 8th (8.30AM to 11AM)
The fifth wave includes:
- All online services for Nintendo Badge Arcade (Nintendo 3DS)
The schedule for this wave is:
– Europe: December 8th (2AM to 3AM)
– UK: December 8th (1AM to 2AM)
– North America (EDT): December 7th (8PM to 9PM)
– North America (PDT): December 7th (5PM to 6PM)
– Japan: December 8th (10AM to 11AM)
Lastly, there is also the weekly maintenance for Devil’s Third on the Wii U which this week works on online play and leaderboards. The schedule for this maintenance is:
– Europe: 1AM to 4AM
– UK: 12AM to 3AM
– North America (EDT): 7PM to 10PM
– North America (PDT): 4PM to 7PM
– Japan: 9AM to 12PM

Monster Hunter X gets first review in Famitsu

Since Monster Hunter X is only out in Japan at the moment, there aren’t a whole lot of reviews floating around for the game. Famitsu did share one in a recent issue, however. Monster Hunter X earned “9’s” from four different editors for a total score of 36 out of 40.
