Mega Slowbro & Mega Audino outed by the official Korean Pokemon site

Assets for Mega Slowbro and Mega Audino have been appeared on the official Pokemon Korea website. The two mega evolutions appear to be a feature in the upcoming Generation 3 remakes coming later this year and it looks like the announcement was staged and ready for Gamescom 2014, currently underway in Cologne. Mario Kart 8 has unused cup icons?

A pair of hackers from the UK have allegedly detected a few unused cup icons in Mario Kart 8. At this time, we cannot confirm their validity.
If true though, it’d be interesting to see why they were abandoned. Were they simply images left behind during development? Or could they hint at something more significant such as DLC?

Yet another Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire scan has emerged from this month’s issue of CoroCoro. The image above showcases Pokemon Contests – in-game shots of the Contest Hall specifically.
Feebas’s evolution is based on contests. We also learn that you can Mega Evolve during contests – boosting the Excite Meter & Appeal – but it can only be done when the Excite Meter is full.

IGN managed to secure more images from the Nintendo Character Reference Guide that released two decades ago. This time around, we have scans focusing on The Legend of Zelda.
Check out the images in the gallery above. One of the images is particularly noteworthy as it states that Link nearly killed Zelda (there’s more on that in the scan).
