Cold Stone Nintendo Kirby Animal Crossing Mario Party

A new wave of Nintendo desserts are now available at Cold Stone based on Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Mario Party Superstars. They’re the Mighty Pink Puff, Island Getaway, and Superstar Sprinkle Blast respectively. All of this comes as part of the “Dream Team of Nintendo Creations”.

With the Mighty Pink Puff, you’ll be getting strawberry ice cream, strawberries, mini marshmallows, and caramel. The Island Getaway has chocolate ice cream, strawberries, banana, and whipped topping. Lastly, the Superstar Sprinkle Blast is comprised of cake batter ice cream, yellow cake, blue frosting, and rainbow sprinkles. We have a look at each one above.

Action Arcade Wrestling "Reigning and Defending" update

Action Arcade Wrestling has just received a new “Reigning and Defending” update on Switch. This follows the game’s original launch back in February.

Once the update is installed, players can create their own wrestling federations with customizable championship belts that can be won or lost to any wrestler on the roster. 

Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising

Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising is heading to Switch, publisher GameMill Entertainment and developer Flux Games announced today. A release is planned for this fall.

GameMill previously brought Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues to Switch in October 2020.

Dreamed Away

Dreamed Away, a 2D action-adventure RPG, has been announced for Switch. Publisher Pineapple Works and developer Nicolas Petton announced today that the game is set to arrive in Q4 2023.

Dreamed Away takes place in France in the 90s and has you playing as Théo, a boy lost in a dark, mysterious world and is trying to find his sister. The game puts the focus “on the bond between siblings, fear of death and questioning reality” while offering “immersive storytelling” and a “diverse setting with a vibrant color palette and varied environment”.

Frogun release date

Publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Molegato have set a final release date for Frogun, their 3D platforming adventure. Switch owners can pick it up starting on August 2, 2022.

Frogun was revealed for Switch in June 2021. At the time, it was given a general 2022 release window.

wii shop channel dsi shop back up

Back in March, we reported that the Wii Shop Channel had essentially gone offline, and the same thing applied to the DSi Shop as well. It took a few months, but it seems that things are in working order once again.

Booting up the Wii Shop Channel and the DSi Shop show that they’re finally connecting properly. When they were experiencing issues, nothing would happen, and it was simply impossible to access the shops.

Hamster will release Rabio Lepus – otherwise known as Rabbit Punch – as this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch, the company announced today. A worldwide launch is planned for July 7, 2022.

Radio System is a shoot ’em up title made by Video System in 1987. Princess Kodomo, her sister Kotomi, and the King Taro Kitashirakawa have been kidnapped by monsters and players go on a mission to bring them back. The Rabio (Red Rabbit) and Lepus (Green Rabbit) ships are featured. Players will visit the enemy’s spaceship, the asteroid base, and their base on the surface of the planet.

Pricing for Arcade Archives Rabio Lepus is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29 on the Switch eShop.
