It’s officially been a year since the launch of Ninjala. To celebrate, GungHo has a few different events in store, including a new collaboration.

Revealed today is a partnership with the hit anime/manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Players will be able to get their hands on avatar outfits, Ninja-Gums, and more based on the series’ iconic characters like Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Rengoku.

GungHo has also shared the first details on Ninjala Season 7. It will include a new Featured Battle called Last Ninja Standing, which has you competing to be the last one standing in an 8-player battle royale. Season 7 is also adding a non-fighting Visual Lobby in beta that lets players climb walls and show off outfits and Emotes with up to eight players.

The previously-announced demo for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is starting to go live in different regions. A good chunk of gameplay can be seen in the video below.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have kicked off a new Max Raid Battle event.

While active, Pokemon with tentacles will be featured. That means creatures such as Octillery, Malamar, and Grapploct are more likely to appear. Shiny Grapploct may even show up

Mario Golf: Super Rush

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town will be receiving its version 1.0.5 update on June 26, XSEED has confirmed. 

The longer-than-expected wait “was due to the large volume of additional text that had to be localized into English, French, German, and Spanish.” On top of that, XSEED has “run into issues with certification that affect the North American version.”

Worms Rumble

This week, Team17 brought its real-time, arena-based 32 player cross-platform combat game Worms Rumble to Switch. Find some footage in the video below.

Batora: Lost Haven

Following its announcement earlier this year, Batora: Lost Haven has picked up a publisher. Team17 will be in charge of releasing the cosmic action-RPG on Switch and other platforms.

Pokemon Unite

With Pokemon Unite’s new network test having kicked off in Japan, we now have some proper footage of Pokemon Unite running on Switch. Have a look at a bunch of gameplay in the video below.

Pokemon Unite launches for Switch in July. The mobile version is planned for September.

Mario Golf: Super Rush is almost here, and with it comes a new My Nintendo reward. The site just added in an ID tag based on the game. Nintendo says it easily attaches to items like a golf bag, backpack, and purse.
