Minute of Islands

Back in 2019, Mixtvision and Studio Fizbin unveiled the puzzle-platformer Minute of Islands. The two sides have now shared a follow-up announcement, today announcing that the game will be launching on March 18.

Narita Boy

Today, Team17 and Studio Koba announced a new partnership that will see the release of Narita Boy on Switch. The narrative-driven action-adventure is currently on track for a release this spring.

It was just last week that we heard about Roger Craig Smith moving on from the voice of Sonic the Hedgehog. As it turns out, that’s not the only major casting change for the series.

Cindy Robinson, the voice of Amy Rose, has confirmed that she’s no longer playing the role. The character had been hers to voice for a decade.

Akiba's Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed

Acquire has gone live with two new trailers for Akiba’s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed. We have videos below focusing on the protagonist and Suzu Moriizumi.

Akiba’s Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed will initially release in Japan and Asia on May 20. XSEED has already picked up the game for the west, though we’re waiting to hear if that includes the Switch version as well.

During SEGA’s Puyo Day 2021 live stream, the second free update for Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 was revealed. It’ll come with new characters, colorblind settings, and more.

Marvelous has released a trailer for Japan’s Rune Factory 5 Limited Edition. Check it out below.

Rune Factory 5 is releasing on Switch in Japan on May 5, and will release in the West sometime this year.

Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny

A new update has been rolled out for Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny. Here is what changed:

Ninja Kazan is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch, Hamster has announced. A worldwide release is set for February 4.

Jaleco originally made Ninja Kazan, which debuted in 1988. It’s a hack-and-slash platformer with six different stages.

Pricing for Arcade Archives Ninja Kazan is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.
