Abstraction Games announced today that it will be porting Bonfire Games’ Pitfall Planet to Switch. It’s due out on the eShop sometime this fall.

Pitfall Planet is simply described as “a two-player co-operative puzzle-solving adventure game that takes place on a distant, forgotten mining world.” We’ve included more details and a trailer below.

A trio of Switch games have been announced for physical release. Reverie, Death Road to Canada, and Ghost Blade HD will all be available sometime in 2019.

Play-Asia will be selling the set exclusively. When pre-orders go live, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Dark Souls: Remastered is now available to pre-load from the Switch eShop. If you plan on picking up the game digitally, you’ll need 3.9GB of space.

Dark Souls: Remastered launches October 19. A network test will be held this weekend, and takes up 888MB of space.

Game Informer has managed to secure some details about the recently-announced Grandia and Grandia II HD Remaster from GungHo ahead of the Tokyo Game Show. You can expect the following out of the two RPGs:

Blowfish Studios released a launch trailer for Siegecraft Commander to promote the game’s launch on the Switch eShop. We’ve included the video below.

Deiland developer Chibig Studio has announced Summer in Mara, an adventure and farming game. A release is planned on Switch in 2019.

Chibig Studio passed along the following information today:

It may have slipped about a month, but Mutant Football League: Dynasty Edition now has a firm release date. Instead of September, the game will be launching October 30 in North America for $29.99.

Mutant Football League: Dynasty Edition includes Dynasty Mode, “a single player experience where you become the coach and GM of your favorite Mutant Football League team and take a group of unproven rookies and turn them into monstrous all-stars by winning multiple Mayhem Bowls over several seasons to become the league’s next Dynasty.” The mode has multiple season gameplay, player trades, cumulative player experience (XP), salary management, custom playbooks, and free agent signings.
