Splatoon – North American Splatfest #7 taking place next week

Splatoon’s seventh Splatfest has been dated for North America. You can either choose to be on Team Pirate or Team Ninja (not the developer!).
The new Splatfest will begin at 12 AM ET on October 31, and 9 PM PT on October 30. Nintendo will hold the event for a full day, with the results coming soon after.

Zelda: Tri Force Heroes devs on Purple Link’s absence

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes features three Links based on different colors. Green, red, and blue designs are in the game, all of which were in Four Swords Adventures. But there’s one color from the GameCube title not Tri Force Heroes: purple.
The developers of Tri Force Heroes recently explained why Purple Link isn’t in the game. You can read up on their response above.

Toki Tori 3D coming to the European 3DS eShop on November 5

The new version of Toki Tori will be debuting in Europe soon. As revealed through an eShop listing, the 3DS eShop release is slated for November 5. It’ll be pretty cheap – the asking price is only €1.99.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition coming to the EU Wii U eShop next week, 25% discount

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is the next Wii download for Wii U in Europe. On Twitter, Nintendo announced that the game will be available starting on October 29. Those who purchase Resident Evil 4 by November 5 can receive a 25 percent discount.
