European Smashers, the wait is finally over! It’s been a long week but the release has finally come. In addition to rejoicing that fact, Sakurai talks a bit about the Wrecking Crew stage, exclusive to Wii U:

You might get stuck inside a metal barrel that falls from above. Players can attack you while you’re stuck, so get yourself out by mashing buttons.

With both Smash Wii U / 3DS now out in both Europe and North America, this will be our last ever daily screenshot post! Australian Pokemon fans rejoice as it’s been revealed today how we can get our hands on an Eon Ticket! At various stores around the country on December 1st, Nintendo Australia representatives will be at certain stores distributing the tickets via StreetPass. The stores can be found below:

Melbourne  – JB Hi-Fi Westfield Doncaster, EB Games Swanston St
Sydney – EB Games Westfield Parramatta, EB Games Westfield Chatswood
Gold Coast – EB Games Robina Town Centre
Adelaide – EB Games Rundle Mall Adelaide
Perth – EB Games Hay St
Auckland – EB Games Queen St

For those that miss out, if you StreetPass someone who has the Eon Ticket you’ll also be able to acquire the ticket that way. If you’re keen and able though, head on down next Monday and grab it early!

Kadokawa Games held a presentation in Japan earlier this week to show off some of its upcoming games. Unsurprisingly, Rodea: The Sky Soldier was featured at the event, and a few more details were shared.

Back when the title was first announced, Kadokawa confirmed that Takumi Miyajima (who has been involved with the Tales series) created the world and story. That hasn’t changed, and we also know that the scenario is from Yoichi Kato of Youkai Watch fame.

As previously mentioned, Rodea has lost his memory at the beginning of the game. The story revolves around the idea that he slowly regains it. Ion will act as a support heroine.

Capcom has released a new update for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate in Japan. Version 1.2 mainly tackles issues with illegal guild quests.

Players can still play locally or offline without the latest update. However, DLC and Internet play will force the patch.

Nintendo is pulling two Tetris games from the European 3DS eShop at the very end of this year. You have until December 31 to purchase the 3DS retail game Tetris as well as the classic Virtual Console release.

It’s unclear why the Tetris titles are being removed at this time. As far as we know, there are no similar plans for North America.
