XSEED registered a domain for “Lord of Magna” last month. The common consensus was that the website is for the 3DS game “Forbidden Magna”, which was released in Japan last year.

Now we have another sign pointing to XSEED localizing Forbidden Magna under the name Lord of Magna. Take a look at this New Year’s tease posted on the company’s Facebook account:

The silhouette in the first panel appears to be taken from this piece of art:

That’s Charlotte from Forbidden Magna alright!

Capcom posted an image of the final version of the cleaning cloth included in the Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Collector’s Edition. For those wondering, it’s an illustration of the game’s world map.

Stock is said to be running low on the Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Collector’s Edition. GameStop is still taking pre-orders at present.

Given the situation surrounding amiibo and the GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U, we shouldn’t be entirely surprised by Nintendo products that sell out quickly. Yet with The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D Limited Edition, it’s been remarkable how pre-orders have gone live at various retailers, only to become unavailable minutes later.

EB Games Canada was one of the final stores to launch pre-orders today. It’s estimated that within ten minutes of the retailer’s Twitter post (see above), stock sold out online.

We’ve seen similar situations over the past few days in the U.S. Amazon, GameStop, and Best Buy all sold out of pre-orders extremely fast.
