Blossom Tales for Switch surpasses Steam lifetime revenue by 20x, Danmaku Unlimited 3 has best launch on Switch

The indie success stories on Switch haven’t stopped, as two more developers have come forward with good news this week.
First, FDG Entertainment provided an update on how Blossom Tales has done on Switch. The company says that the Switch version has surpassed Steam lifetime revenue by 20x.
Gate of Doom, Bad Dudes vs. DragonNinja will release on Switch in Europe next week

Johnny Turbo’s Arcade: Gate of Doom made it to the North American Switch eShop last month. Flying Tiger Entertainment’s next arcade title, Bad Dudes vs. DragonNinja, is also on track for next week. But what about Europe?
You’ll be happy to hear that both of these games are due out in Europe on March 22. In case you’re curious, they’ll be sold for €7.99 each.
Nintendo announces Nindies Showcase Spring 2018, to be held on March 20

A new Nindies Showcase will air next week, Nintendo has announced. The presentation will air at the following times on March 20:
– 9 AM PT
– 12 PM ET
– 4 PM in the UK
– 5 PM in Europe

Lode Runner Legacy coming west this spring

Lode Runner Legacy was announced for Switch in Japan this week. Fortunately, the game will be released in other territories as well. The game is confirmed for a worldwide launch this spring.
Lode Runner Legacy features the best parts of the original 1983 game with a modern twist. The main goal is to regain stolen gold from the enemies in the Evil Empire’s labyrinth by blasting floors, a technique players can use to strategically capture gold or trap enemies.

DragoDino heading to Switch next month

A listing on the North American eShop shows that TealRocks Studio is bringing DragoDino to Switch. It’s currently lined up for April 27.
In DragoDino, you’ll guide “Bob” through ten different levels while you explore, fight enemies, and collect powers. The game includes two difficulty modes, local co-op, unlockable characters, and more.

Switch owners can receive a 40% discount on Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove if they’ve purchased Specter of Torment

Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove gives you everything you need to play Shovel Knight on Switch. But Yacht Club also released Specter of Torment separately, which some may have opted for if they played the original game on other platforms like 3DS or Wii U.
If you’re one of these people, you might be interested to hear about a unique discount. A sale is now in place where if you’ve bought Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment previously, you can receive a 40% discount on Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove.
You should see the discount automatically when viewing Treasure Trove on the eShop if you bought Specter of Torment. Also, it’s available automatically for new sales of Specter of Torment. Note that discount percentage may vary slightly based on region.
