Although we’re still waiting for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy on Switch in the west, Japan did just receive the collection today – complete with English support. Get a look at over an hour of footage below.

Aspyr, the team that handled the Switch port of Civilization VI, has suggested that the game’s expansions are in the pipeline for Nintendo’s console. Rise and Fall along with Gathering Storm are planned.

Both expansions offer a bunch of content, including new civilizations and leaders, new world wonders, new units, new systems, and more. Find additional details for the two below plus trailers.

A few months ago, Capcom announced that it will be bringing a few classic Resident Evil games to Switch. Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, and Resident Evil 4 are all planned for this year.

We haven’t heard anything since the initial announcement in October, but fans are due for an update soon. Capcom’s Resident Evil community manager says there will be “more details about the Switch ports at the end of Feb”. There’s just a few days left in the month, so we should be getting an update by next Thursday at the latest.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy has just made it to Switch in Japan. However, Capcom has yet to say when the package will be available in the west. Fortunately, we won’t have to wait much longer to find out.

Voez

The rhythm game Voez has been updated once again. Version 1.6 is here, adding 16 new songs. 201 songs are now featured on the tracklist.

According to a new report from NPD Group, Switch was the best-selling hardware platform of January 2019 in the United States. This is in terms of both dollar and unit sales. Additionally, Switch was the only console platform to show year-on-year sales growth. As a side note, the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller was January’s best-selling accessory with dollar sales increasing 40% year-over-year.

NPD hasn’t shared an official figure confirming how much Switch sold last month. However, based on the aforementioned information, Nintendo should be pleased with how the system is performing.

XSEED revealed yesterday that Fate/Extella Link is due out in North America on March 19. Europe will be getting the game just a few days later, as Marvelous has announced a PAL release date of March 22.

Marvelous is preparing two collector’s editions for its online store. The Joyeuse Edition contains the game, a soundtrack CD, a pack of 10 collectible 7.6cm by 12.7cm cards depicting each of the new Servants, a 43.1cm by 60.9cm cloth poster, and a 7.6cm by 11.4cm diorama. The Emperor of Paladins Edition includes everything in that package as well as a set of ‘Holy Tile of the Moon’ Mahjong tiles featuring characters from the Fate/Extella franchise. Both versions also have the Bowman of Justice Outfit for Nameless and Sergeant of the Shadow Lands Outfit for Scathach.
