Iron Meat update Mirror Mode

Retroware recently started distribution of a major update for Iron Meat. Players are now able to access a new wave of content.

One of the primary additions is Mirror Mode, which lets players experience every level with the x-axis flipped – meaning they’ll be running to the left. There’s also the Supercharge rapid fire power-up after obtaining a third copy of a weapon upgrade, visual changes to the background on certain levels, and more.

monster mania 2 Mario Luigi Brothership

Today, we’re looking at Monster Mania 2, the second in a series of rather challenging side quests in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. Whereas the first of these quests pits you against a group of nearly-invincible Krodes, this one sees you fighting a group of Hydro Seedles with high HP and the ability to completely restore their health in a single turn. There’s certainly a trick to getting through this one, and the key will be to use abilities you’ll have unlocked very recently.

Zelda Echoes of Wisdom Triforce Prime Energy

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom features the use of the Triforce for its story, but rather than actually calling it that, the game uses “Prime Energy” instead. The developers have now shared noteworthy information about the decision to use a different name.

The Trifroce is one of the more iconic elements of the Zelda series. However, Nintendo and Grezzo made the active choice to avoid using that word. In fact, series producer Eiji Aonuma was specifically opposed to using the Triforce. Aonuma indicated that “Triforce” brings along certain expectations, and that’s also why the team “purposefully made the setting and time ambiguous.”

Five Nights at Freddy's Help Wanted 2 launch

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2 was previously announced for Nintendo Switch, and it turns out that you can grab the game right now.

The title was confirmed for the platform during the Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase in August. At the time, we had a winter launch window. No release date was ever provided, but it turns out that the game made its digital debut this week.

Heretic's Fork trailer

Ravenage and 9FingerGames are giving a final look at Heretic’s Fork with a launch trailer. The title landed on consoles this week, including Nintendo Switch.

Aspyr has revealed that Photo Mode will be returning to Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, which is set to launch on Nintendo Switch next year, on February 14. The feature is set to include all of the poses and outfits from Tomb Raider I-III Remastered alongside new ones, and an extensive amount of customization to allow players to capture the moment how they choose.
