Arc System Works has published the first trailer for the Switch version of Happy Birthdays. This trailer is in Japanese, but the game has already been confirmed for a Western release this Summer. Check it out:

Following the trailer last week that introduced some of the main playable characters, SEGA released a new trailer for Valkyria Chronicles 4 today that showcases some of the game’s antagonists, specifically the Imperial Army members Crymaria Levinc, Klaus Walz, Forseti, Heinrich Belgar, Nikola Graf and Chiara Rocino. Splatoon 2: Sloshing Machine Neo being added to the game today/tomorrow

It’s the end of week, which means another addition is coming to Splatoon 2’s weapon arsenal. The Sloshing Machine Neo is identical to the regular Sloshing Machine in terms of stats, but comes with the Point Sensor sub-weapon and the Splat Bomb Launcher special instead. It’ll be available in-game tomorrow around noon in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and later tonight in North America.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle’s US pricing revealed; producer comments on DLC controversy and Switch development

Much has been made about BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle’s DLC and how much it’ll cost to obtain everything. After Destructoid spoke with the game’s producer, we finally have some clarification.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will be sold at $49.99 with DLC offered outside of that. You’ll also be able to pick up the Deluxe Digital Edition for $69.99 featuring the main game and Cross Tag Character Pack 1-6.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 version 1.3.0, New Game Plus delayed to March 2

Monolith Soft recently announced a massive update for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Among other things, version 1.3.0 is introducing a New Game Plus mode.
The expectation was that the new update would drop this week – and likely tonight. Unfortunately, it’s seeing a last-minute delay. Bugs have pushed the patch back to March 2.
We’ll let you know when the update finally goes live a couple of weeks from now. In the meantime, you can catch up on what the update will include below.

Runner3 goes gold, submitted to Nintendo

Runner3’s release date is quickly approaching. Choice Provisions has actually wrapped up development, and already submitted to Nintendo. Choice Provisions will be getting the ball rolling on preparations for the physical version – assuming Nintendo approves Runner3.
We don’t have a release date for Runner3 just yet. Still, it’s coming soon, and we should have a date very soon.
