WWE 2K18

Since we found out about WWE 2K18 for Switch, 2K Sports has kept Nintendo fans in the dark. The publisher hasn’t had a single update about the game since then. That’s caused all sorts of speculation due to retailers listing it in their circulars, online pre-orders being cancelled, and more.

The official WWE Twitter account says that Switch owners haven’t been forgotten. Additionally, news about a release date is “coming soon.” Until then, we’ll just have to wait for an announcement.

NPD Group has released a listing of the top twenty best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of October 2017. The results can be found below.

Nintendo has sent out a statement in response to the latest NPD report. Once again, the company has very good news to share.

In October, Switch was the best-selling gaming hardware in the US. It was followed by the Super NES Classic Edition at #2. Nintendo says that, when combined with 3DS, Nintendo systems accounted for two-thirds of all video game hardware sold for the second month in a row. The US gaming industry achieved hardware sales of more than 1 million total units in October for the first time since 2011.

Regarding software, Super Mario Odyssey was the top-selling game despite the fact that it launched at the end of the month. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild placed at #10 and #11 respectively as individual games.

GameStop’s Black Friday 2017 deals are in. Compared to what we’ve seen from other retailers, there isn’t too much here that’s terribly exciting.

PM Studios and acttil announced today that the music game MUSYNX is heading to Switch. It will be sold physically and digitally in North America in Q1 2018. As far Europe, news about the release format will be shared “shortly.”
