The official Super Mario Odyssey Japanese Twitter account has posted another GIF. This time the account is showing off how diving works in the game.
The diving action mechanic can be used in mid air to get across gaps or to go further a longer distance.

In the Japanese magazine CoroCoro, a new manga has started for ARMS. The newest issue has the debut chapter. It looks more along the lines of a gag manga, but it’s pretty interesting nonetheless.
CoroCoro even has a few sample pages that can be viewed online. It’s accessible right here.

NBA 2K18’s standard cover will require a change following trade of cover athlete Kyrie Irving
Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 6 Comments
2K Sports has a bit of a dilemma on its hands. Kyrie Irving was named the cover athlete for the standard version of NBA 2K18 as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. But as ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports, Irving has been traded to the Boston Celtics (and I’m now dying a bit on the inside as a Knicks fan).
It’s not entirely clear how 2K will approach the situation, but logic dictates that the cover will be updated with Irving in a Celtics uniform. Kotaku reached out to the company, and we’ll report back if they provide a statement.
Just to reiterate, the news only affects NBA 2K18’s standard cover. Other versions feature Shaquille O’Neal

Telltale Games finally put out its first Switch release today, Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure. This won’t be the only title from the company though.
During a Reddit AMA, Telltale mentioned that the team should have news regarding other Switch titles “very soon.” Further teased, “We’ll have titles on the eShop sooner than you might think…!”
While Retailers have started to list Batman: The Enemy Within for Switch, Telltale has yet to confirm that it’s happening. We do think it’s happening though, and there should be more to come from Telltale.

Toys “R” Us says no pre-orders for the Super NES Classic Edition
Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 8 Comments
Toys “R” Us was listed as one of the retailers that would be taking pre-orders for the Super NES Classic Edition on Nintendo’s website. However, that appears to be incorrect.
When asked about pre-orders by one consumer, the official Toys “R” Us Twitter account responded with a brief note that there are no plans for pre-orders. It will only be sold in-stores at launch.
The tweet reads:
The SNES Mini will be available in our stores on 9/29. There will be no pre-orders for this item. TY!
