GameStop is giving out a little something extra with Super Mario Maker pre-orders. By reserving the game, you’ll receive a 30th anniversary poster. This will be available while supplies last. You can pre-order Super Mario Maker on GameStop here.

Amazon recently announced a pre-order “bonus” for Prime members as well. Those who put in a reservation at the retailer can get it for $10 off.

North America’s third Splatfest in Splatoon kicked off 13 hours ago. In Europe, their third competition is beginning right now.

The third European Splatfest pits the North Pole against the South Pole. Splatoon players can compete for the next day, and the results will then be available soon after it’s finished.

Xenoblade Chronicles X was featured during a Gamescom 2015 Twitch live stream, and we saw new footage from the English build. It wasn’t easy getting an archived version, but we have that for you now. Watch the footage below.

Another batch of art has come in for Super Mario Maker. We’ve weeded through the old images, and have posted the new pieces of art below.

The third North American Splatfest in Splatoon has gone live. In the latest competition, players can either be on Team Marshmallow or Team Hot Dog.

This latest Splatfest will last through the following day. Once it’s complete, the results will be posted shortly after.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is on sale over on Walmart. It originally costed $40, but the retailer has the game for only $30. An order for Captain Toad can be placed on Walmart’s site here.

During Gamescom this week, NintendOn spoke with Vicarious Visions co-founder Guha Bala. There was plenty of talk about the Nintendo collaboration in Skylanders SuperChargers, as well as a few other topics such as the decision to continue using a portal rather than the GamePad’s NFC functionality.
