Koei Tecmo’s TGS 2019 lineup revealed

Today, Koei Tecmo revealed their lineup of games for the upcoming Tokyo Game Show 2019, which will take place between September 12 and September 15. This year, they are actually fairly light on Switch titles they’ll show off: Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout will be one of the big focal points of their lineup, with it getting a live stream and a stage presentation. It’ll also be playable on the show floor. Other than that, there’ll only be a trailer for the recently announced port of Monster Rancher. Here’s their full lineup:
- Atelier Online: Alchemists of Braceir (iOS, ANdroid) – Trailer, Stage, Live Stream
- Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout (PS4, Switch, PC) – Playable, Trailer, Stage, Live Stream
- Daikou Kaijidai VI (iOS, Android) – Trailer
- Dead or Alive 6 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) – Trailer, Stage

Astral Chain UI artists share more details on the game’s user interface development

Two Point Hospital getting Close Encounters DLC

NBA 2K dev says the team is always looking to improve on Switch, committed to the platform

A few different big sports franchises exist these days, but some aren’t available on Switch while others are present on the platform with missing features. Meanwhile, the NBA 2K series has been going strong for a few years now with all elements fully in tact.
In an interview with USgamer, NBA 2K senior producer Rick Boenisch spoke about supporting Switch. He told the site that the team is always looking to improve on the console, and remains committed to the platform. Boenisch further added: “The flexibility can’t be matched with that console.”
