There’s a wide variety of Badges to use in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and today we’re going over a list of some of the best ones you can get. Badges are extremely helpful, and when Mario levels up, you can choose to increase his HP, FP, or BP. While most players understandably aim for a balance between the stats, BP is actually so useful that you can focus solely on increasing it and still be fine.

Dreamirl has been cooking up its new pixel art Metroidvania game Noreiya: The Gold Project, and when it’s ready to go in the future, a Switch version will be made available.

Noreiya: The Gold Project is currently in Early Access on PC, so there’s no release window currently. The team previously received extensive funding on Kickstarter with €150,000 raised.

May 15: QUByte Interactive today announced Extinction Rifts, a new boomer shooter for Switch. It will be available in the second half of 2024.

Extinction Rifts, which is inspired by classic titles and with graphic style of the original PlayStation, sees your power of destruction increasing as you shoot enemies and destroy objects. Fighting adds energy to your special glove that can take out all enemies in an entire stage with a single punch.

To cap off its special presentation for Shovel Knight’s 10th anniversary, Yacht Club Games confirmed that a new entry in the series is in development.

Nothing concrete was shared during the presentation. However, we did get to hear a bit about the general visions from Yacht Club’s Sean Velasco.

During an online presentation today, Yacht Club Games showed off Mina the Hollower with a brand new trailer. This is the latest look at the title following its 2022 announcement.

Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope DX is the same game fans came to love, but it’s now been enhanced. The game adds new playable characters, online multiplayer, rewind and save states, and cheats.
