Dragon Ball FighterZ started to distribute a new 1.31 update on most platforms last week, though not on Switch. Thankfully, after a short delay, everyone on Nintendo’s console can access it as well.

The new update is all about balance adjustments. There are a ton of changes to sift through across the board for the game’s characters.

Below are the full patch notes for the Dragon Ball FighterZ version 1.31 update:

System: Switch
Release Date: July 5, 2022
Developer: IzanagiGames / G.rev / Esquadra
Publisher: NIS America

Yurukill: The Calumniation Games is almost a wonderful new version of the Danganronpa formula, this time pitting a bunch of a group of prisoners and executioner’s against each other as the former try to prove their innocence to the latter in a sequence of mini-games and theme park attractions that closely resemble former moments of their lives – most notably the crimes they’ve committed. It’s a fantastic amalgam of murder-mystery-driven plot devices, shoot ’em ups, visual novels, and questionnaires that works exceptionally over a beautiful explosion of colors and flair that makes the game as a whole an attraction of its own.

Will we be seeing Oddworld: Soulstorm on Switch? A new store listing has been discovered, suggesting that an announcement will be happening in the future.

Dutch retailer Nedgame has put up a couple of pages for a Switch version. If what’s included there is accurate, the game will be getting a standard release as well as a collector’s edition. A tentative December 31 launch date is listed, though that’s not really notable.

This week, 2K issued a new trailer for Captain America in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. The character, who was initially a scrawny Army reject, never backs down from a fight.

Here’s what 2K says about Captain America:

Sheepo, the Metroidvania platformer from Top Hat Studios, has now been confirmed for physical release. Limited Run Games will be offering the title in a boxed format as part of its distribution line.

Sheepo made its original debut on Switch in October 2021. Fans have only been able to pick it up on the eShop, so this is the first time it will make a physical appearance.

New gameplay is in for the latest two entries in the Arcade Archives series, Thunder Ceptor and Rabio Lepus. Famitsu showed off both titles during a live stream this week and the recordings are now available.

Overviews of Thunder Ceptor and Rabio Lepus can be found in the following overview:

QUByte Classics: Zero Tolerance Collection saw its initial debut on Switch this week, and a new launch trailer has gone live. As a reminder, the package includes Zero Tolerance, Zero Tolerance Underground and an unreleased demo called Zero Tolerance Beyond.
