Thank Goodness You’re Here, the “comedy slapformer” announced for Switch last year, was just given a release date. The title launches on August 1, 2024.

Thank Goodness You’re Here comes to us from Panic and Coal Supper. The two sides initially offered up a general 2024 launch window.

Summer Game Fest 2024 is beginning later today, and we have the official live stream here for you. The fun kicks off at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET / 10 PM in the UK / 11 PM in Europe. Days of the Devs will begin immediately after.

This is obviously a multiplatform show, but we should be getting at least some Switch news here. It’s thought that SEGA could be showing a new trailer for Sonic x Shadow Generations today – the game’s release date already leaked apparently. There could be other updates as well. If there’s anything notable, we’ll be sure to pass it along on the main site as the show goes on.

Limited Run Games is working on a physical release of Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion, the company revealed today.

This one will have a standard version and Classic Edition. With the latter, you’ll get a copy of the game, special box, double sided poster, commemorative metal cartridge, and soundtrack.

For the 58th Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance demon video, Atlus is highlighting Alice. Fans should recognize her as she’s been well represented in the series.

Petit Island is in development for Switch, publisher SOEDESCO and developer Xelo Games revealed today. It will launch later in 2024.

Petit Island is an open-world narrative exploration game. You’ll relive your grandpaw’s youthful adventures by exploring the area with your camera and meeting unique residents.

It’s taken some time to come to the Switch version, but Dungreed just received a new update on Switch that totally redoes the game’s Hard Mode.

That’s not all for new content. The team also added new rooms to some themes, a short unlockable “Twilight Mansion” episode, a new costume, new items, and more. Tons of adjustments are included as well.

Today, NCSoft announced that it will begin to roll out Battle Crash as part of an Early Access launch for the game. Pre-registration doesn’t seem to be available on Switch, but it will arrive on June 27, 2024.

You may remember Battle Crush from its appearance in a Nintendo Direct last year. The free to play online multiplayer game previously held a beta last October.
