It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart outlining what Japanese gamers are looking forward to based on reader votes. A few new games appear for the first time, including Coffee Talk Tokyo.

Following Splatoon 3 Splatfest for the Spring Fest that just wrapped up, we have the official results from Nintendo. The theme asked when players prefer to get things done with morning, noon, and night as the options.

Based on Nintendo’s halftime report, it was looking like we could be in for another close all. Team Night had an extremely small lead at 33.97 percent. Team Noon was right behind at 33.22 percent. Team Morning was also right there with 32.81 percent.

Those looking to take on Salamence, who will have the Flying Tera Type, can find the creature in 7 Star Raids. Once again, it will carry the Mightiest Mark and can be caught just once per save file.

Nintendo’s latest maintenance schedule for the week of April 13, 2025 is now available.

Two sessions are currently lined up. The first one, for Nintendo Switch Parental Controls, is imminent. Another session for the Nintendo eShop will take place further down the line.

New information has come to light that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom will support weapon repairs, which is done through the upcoming Zelda Notes portion of the Nintendo Switch app.

The durability system in Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom was one of the more controversial aspects of the games. Over time, equipment would break with use. If you had a certain weapon you really liked, once you whacked enemies enough times with it, generally it’d break and you’d lose it.

Today, publisher Alliance Arts and developer Unknown X revealed that they’re putting Marisa of Liartop Mountain on Nintendo Switch. The game is slated for September 19, 2025.

Marisa of Liartop Mountain is a Touhou Project tabletop-style RPG. The Nintendo Switch version was just confirmed during Indie Live Expo today.
