For those that missed any portion of today’s Pokemon Direct, the full presentation has now been posted online. We’ve included it below.
As part of the Pokemon Sword/Shield Expansion Pass, it’s been announced that the Switch games will be adding over 200 Pokemon from the series.
Free updates are also planned. If you decide not to purchase the Expansion Pass, you’ll be able to obtain newly added Pokemon through features such as Link Trade.
During today’s Pokemon Direct, it was announced that Pokemon Home will launch in February.
The service will let fans bring in Pokemon from different entries in the series such as Pokemon Sword/Shield and Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu/Eevee. It is limited to Pokemon that can be found in the Galar Pokedex.

In a video release today, a ton of new content was teased. Game Freak is working on new Pokemon and new forms, new areas, and more. Different Pokemon, people, and places will be available depending on which version of Sword/Shield you’re playing.
The Isle or Armor will be part one of the Expansion Pass, launching in June. The Crown of Tundra will follow this fall. Both offer different experiences.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is coming to Switch, The Pokemon Company has revealed. A remake of the GBA/DS game, it will launch on March 6. Pre-loading goes live alongside a demo today.
This will be the latest entry in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series since 2015 and the series’ debut on Switch. Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, a 3DS title, came out in 2015.

The first Nintendo Direct of 2020 is dedicated to Pokemon, and the festivities will be kicking off soon. Today’s Pokemon Direct goes live at 6:30 AM PT / 9:30 AM ET / 2:30 PM in the UK / 3:30 PM in Europe. It will last roughly 20 minutes.
