Hamster has announced Manhattan 24th Precinct as the latest Arcade Archives game on Switch. A worldwide release is planned for September 14, 2023.
An action game first released by Konami in 1986, in the game your objective is to rescue the prison warden, fighting your way through the streets of Manhattan, which has been overrun by escaped prisoners. If you help citizens along the way you’ll receive new weapons for your troubles.
Arcade Archives Manhattan 24th Precinct will cost $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29 on the Switch eShop.
A new update for Pokemon Home has just released, bringing the app to version 3.1.0.
This update is mainly focusing on providing compatibility with Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet’s first new wave of DLC, The Teal Mask, which released earlier today. Some additional Challenges and stickers are also being added to the app.

As a heads up for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 players, a new 2.1.1 update has just been made available. Nintendo has put up the patch notes as usual.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet just got a new update and both are now at version 2.0.1.
If you’ve been keeping up with all of the news surrounding the games, you should already know what the highlight is here. The first part of The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero DLC, The Teal Mask, is now available. It involves players going on a school trip to Kitakami, where they join an outdoors study program held jointly between their academy and another school. New Pokemon are also available.
Original (11/17): In celebration of Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, new icons based on the games are started to be added over on Nintendo Switch Online.
Five waves are planned in total. There’ll be a new set of icons each week until December 25, 2022. Expect a refresh every Thursday until then.
Super Bomberman R 2 is now here on Switch, and thanks to Konami, we have a launch trailer.
Iggymob just announced Gungrave G.O.R.E Ultimate Enhanced Edition, a new version of its third-person action shooter for Switch. A release date is not yet known.
The team says the Switch version will feature more than 100 gameplay improvements, including new systems. Specifics haven’t been detailed, but we should be hearing more soon.
